SUBMIT YOUR WORKS

WHO CAN SUBMIT:

• 13 years old and above.
• All amateur comic illustrators are welcome.

ELIGIBLE CONCEPTS:

• Original creation.
• Any story genre (Adventurous, romance, sci-fi, martial arts, etc.)
• Short or episodic stories are self-contained and complete within 20-24 pages. ie. No cliff hanger or ‘to be continued’ endings.
• Work to be in Black & White format.
• Both English or Chinese will be accepted.
• Each participant only submits one story concept.

WHAT TO SUBMIT? (3 ITEMS)

1. Write a synopsis about your comic’s story in the form below. This should be a summary of the full story, including plot development and conclusion, and not just a short ‘teaser’.
2. Draw not more than 4 key character designs.
3. 2 to 4 consecutive pages of your comic’s storyboard*.
   *Please refer to the ‘Publication Format’ (Click Here) for sample storyboard and other important information.
   Total size of submitted documents/images should not exceed 2MB. Zip your files, if you want to submit more than one file. All files to be in web supported file formats.

WHAT WILL BE PRODUCED?
Both Story comics and 4 frame comics will be considered for full development for publication in Pura Comixmag.
